Paul Cummings owns Paul Cummings Enterprises, a Sales, Service and leadership Training Company specializing in customized live and online educational programs and curriculum for corporate and Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Cummings has traveled the world and spoken to over 1.8 million sales and management professionals in his 24 + year career. Paul has developed a reputation as a teacher who truly makes a difference in the lives of his students. He is a member of the national Speakers association, three time nominee for international Speakers Hall of Fame and the author of three books. Paul has received multiple Telly and Communicator Awards for his curriculum and online training programs, including a Gold Telly Award in 2009 for online education.

Lloyd Schiller, Consultant & Speaker - Lloyd Schiller is known as North America’s favorite Service & Parts expert for good reasons; he’s an innovator - not a copycat, and spends lots of his time in the trenches so he understands your needs and creates retail-relevant solutions. Lloyd is a dynamic communicator and has spoken at 13 nada Conventions on a variety of management topics, and twice had Number 1-Rated Workshops. He has a 40+ year track record of success with both large and small dealerships and dealer groups as well as working with 6 auto and 2 heavy duty truck manufacturers. Through his in-dealership work, along with international, national, State, Metro, and Private Seminars, plus Twenty Group appearances; Lloyd has addressed thousands of dealers, Managers and Factory Representatives in the US, Mexico, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Australia.

Renaldo Leonard, Certified Training Specialist - Renaldo A. Leonard is a resident of Lubbock, Texas where he attended Texas Tech University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1992. Renaldo began his career in the automotive industry in 1999, working in a Ford dealership as a Salesperson. He worked his way along a career path that ended with his graduation from the NADA’s Dealer Candidate academy, with a degree in General Dealership Management.

Renaldo is a specialist in coaching managers and teams to work more effectively together, while unlocking common barriers, moving them to the next level of their success.

Gordon Swail - Born and raised in Montreal, Gordon began his sales career traveling all over Eastern Canada as a door to door encyclopedia salesman. He started his automotive career in Winnipeg, Manitoba in 1987 where he worked successfully as a salesperson and Financial Services Manager. Gordon joined the Pat Ryan & Associates Team as an F&I Specialist and worked on special assignments in numerous dealerships across Western Canada. In 1992 Gordon was hired as the national Training Manager and accepted the challenge of creating and developing the Training division for First Canadian Insurance Corporation. Over the last 17 plus years, Gordon has conducted countless workshops and had the pleasure of working with thousands of Financial Services Managers all over Canada. His passion for teaching and desire to make a difference has had a positive impact on Sales and Finance Professionals all over Canada.

Peter Wright - Peter has been a valuable member of the First Canadian Team for over 12 years. Starting as the Business development Manager and currently as a Training Specialist, Peter brings a fresh, down to earth approach to training and leadership. He has worked with Sales and Finance Professionals all over Canada with his insightful and matter of fact style, he continues to deliver high impact training and coaching wherever he goes. Prior to joining First Canadian, Peter enjoyed a successful career with Pat Ryan &associates as both a Finance Specialist and district Manager. Originally from Liverpool, Peter began his automotive career as a Finance director in the UK.
